You are fully covered by our 30-day return policy. There are no re-stocking fees. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Returns can be processed in store or if shipping, please call or email us at info@edwardsanddavies.com for instructions first. Make sure to ship the item in its original packaging with the tags still attached. The item must be unworn and returns must be received by Edwards and Davies within 30 days.
Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and you will be prompted by email. You will be credited in full with the exception of the original shipping charges (if applicable), duties and import taxes (for international shipments).
Please allow for 5 to 10 business days for your return to show up on your credit card or PayPal account.
Please note that some customized orders, pieces with engraving added, and made to order items are not eligible for return. These items will be clearly marked on the item description page.
