I originally found them as I needed a ring repaired. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and welcoming. Then when I was searching for an engagement ring with my partner we decided to pop in to try on rings.

After trying rings on with Laura we decided to make a custom ring. It was such a wonderful experience! We learned so much during our visits and Laura (and Rachel) were so knowledgeable. They informed us what design elements would be most suitable for our needs. We were able to customize every aspect of the ring and it turned out so special. The process was clear and very enjoyable. I will be back for my wedding band as well - potentially to customize again.

It is great to find a local, family-fun, customer centric shop. They deserve all the praise! I can't recommend them enough. Special shoutout to Laura for all her hard work (and having to deal with my indecision)!! read less

Unfortunately, when it arrived in Toronto, it was too small! I brought it to Edwards and Davies, who not only resized the ring, but their jeweler touched-up the carvings/engravings so that the expanded ring looked perfect - you'd never have known more gold was added. And their pricing was incredibly reasonable. 5 stars from me (and a big thanks!) read less

I came here to get my sterling silver bracelet for a repair which it was at first been repaired at... read moreI came here to get my sterling silver bracelet for a repair which it was at first been repaired at another jewellery store across the Danforth but they done a horrible job and it broke. So i came too Edwards and Davies for the repair and i came across Rachel. She was fine dandy on the hooks with her knowledge and showed the better approach fix for the bracelet. We were negotiating on the price for the fix and we were between the middle of numbers but after leaving the bracelet to her and the great studio behind for the repair. Gave me the call to pick it up and i came to see the results and i was just dazzled of the top notch/quality work they done to fix it and just not only that they cleaned it and polished it and Rachel gave me the price i was looking for. I am satisfied and with the jewelry i would at-most would really recommend this jewelry store for everyone. Comparing the other one that i got fixed and it broke it seemed like cheap/less efficient methods to fix mine. BUT! for Edwards and Davies jewellers they take the time, the work that is put into the jewelry itself i would say they do high quality workmanship, and they put care that %100 your repaired jewelry will not break again. I met with Afia to discuss a very ambitious custom wedding band project. We wanted to make custom wedding rings that were far beyond the norm for an average client to request, and they took on this exciting project with a very open mind. We wanted to plan the rings far in advance for our wedding which we had set over a year out, and really go above and beyond by creating entirely hand drawn designs. To make this idea a reality these designs have to be mapped, CAD modeled and engraved into the gold bands which is a very in-depth process.

The team at Edwards and Davies with Afia as our point of contact were excellent at communicating as we worked through the creative process, super fast to respond to emails and very accommodating of our creative interests and feedback. They were also great at sharing their knowledge of how the whole process actually works. I was fairly interested in how this is all done so I got to learn a fair amount about what really goes into making rings which was super cool!

For the huge amount of labour that goes into a project like this, not to mention several revisions, the price after everything was done was amazing! I can’t thank you guys enough, really. And the results speak for themselves, these wedding bands came out to be just stunning!
