I took them to a local jeweler who completely botched the job. After several failed attempts I decided not to throw good money after bad and sought another jeweler. My daughter recommended Edwards and Davies as they had made her wedding band last summer. Laura was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring.She was willing to work within my tight timeline (I wanted them back for my other daughter’s upcoming wedding) and was very communicative throughout the process as she worked with the jeweler who did an excellent job. This was very sentimental to me, as I wanted to honour my mom in such a way that one day, I can pass this ring to my daughter. I worked very closely with Laura to understand all the steps required, communication was excellent and she kept me up to date with progress.
The jewellers did an amazing job creating moulds of the links so there is an exact match. Now I can’t even tell which are the new links and which are the old ones! Very grateful to have discovered Edward Davies and their high quality craftsmanship. I will certainly go back! read less
