I brought in a 35 year old ring that meant a lot for my mother as it was given to her by my father who passed. 12 years ago my mom had to have the ring cut off, it has sat in a jewelry box since. I brought the ring in on a Monday evening (the week before they were closing for a week for holidays) & they had it back to me Friday morning. They added gold to complete the ring, resized it & retipped in no time, when I picked it up I was shocked it looked like a brand new ring that had never been cut! Not only did they do an amazing job, they did it for much less than they had initially quoted. My mother was so happy when she received it on her birthday, happy tears all around! Thank you so much Edward's & Davies & Gord (I believe was the wonderful gentleman's name), you have no idea what this piece meant to my mom & our family & you exceeded our expectations by far. 10000/10 would recommend doing business with the lovely people at this store, I will absolutely be returning. read less
